These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Journal of Infusion Nurses Society website and author portal (the "Service"), operated in collaboration with Vision Health Sciences Publishers. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
About the Journal
The Journal of Infusion Nurses Society is a peer-reviewed scientific journal focused on infusion nursing, vascular access care, patient safety, and clinical innovation. The Service provides tools for authors to register, submit manuscripts, track submission status, and participate in the editorial and peer-review process.
The Service is intended for researchers, clinicians, authors, reviewers, and editors engaged in scholarly publishing.
Accounts and Eligibility

- Accounts are for individual use. You may sign in using email and password or, optionally, Google Sign-In for an existing account.

Where you sign in with Google, you consent to our use of your Google email address and verification status solely to authenticate you, as detailed in the Privacy Policy.

Submissions and Content
- You retain ownership of the intellectual property in the manuscripts and materials you submit, subject to any separate publishing or copyright agreement you enter into with the journal.
- You represent that your submission is original, does not infringe the rights of others, and that you have the authority to submit it, including the consent of any co-authors.
- You grant us the rights necessary to store, process, display, and distribute your submission for the purpose of operating the editorial and peer-review process.
- You are responsible for the accuracy, integrity, and ethical conduct of the research described in your submission.

Editorial and Peer-Review Process

To operate peer review, relevant submission information is shared with editors and assigned reviewers, who are expected to handle it confidentially.
Intellectual Property of the Service
The Service, including its software, design, text, and branding, is owned by the journal and its collaborators and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works from the Service without permission.
